We accept returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise for orders placed in the USA.
We do not accept exchanges at this time, but you are welcome to order a new item with the store credit code that we issue! It's super easy!
To make a return, please email email@example.com with your name, order number, the item/s requested to be returned and the reason for the return. Return requests must be received within 30 days of the package delivery date.
You will be issued a RMA # by our Customer Service team which must be written on the box. Orders returned without an RMA # are subject to a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee. Shipping fees non-refundable.
We offer a pre-paid UPS label which you may use, or you may return ship the merchandise via your preferred trackable shipping method at your expense.
A $5.99 processing & handling fee will deducted from your refunded amount if your refund is being returned to your original payment method. If your return is for store credit, we will waive the $5.99 fee.
Once your order is received, a refund will be processed within 14 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
At this time we do not accept returns for international orders, sale items, pre-order items, gift cards, swimwear, earrings, hats, makeup, bodysuits, shoes, beauty products, skateboards or undergarments.
If your order shipped due to it being over a certain amount and the returned goods pushes the order below that amount, the cost for postage will be deducted from the refund.
