DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are processed Monday-Friday on a rolling basis. During high volume weeks processing may take up to 30 days before dispatch. All pre orders will be noted in product descriptions with estimated ship dates. Orders placed for delivery to the United States are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. A shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.
If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order, you will be contacted via email. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Pop Gallery, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail (approximately 30-45 business days to deliver after processing). A shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Tracking, however, will not update when the package leaves the United States.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier. The package may be received with your mail.
Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of contents directly on the package. Any custom fees or taxes associated with international orders are your responsibility.
